The service and staff at the El Con Firestone are fabulous. We depend on them to take care of our fleet. As a contractor I need my vehicles in top shape all the time. We get prompt service and great prices. Fred and Rene are responsive to our scheduling needs. I have been doing business with this store for over 20 years. Wouldn't go anywhere else. Highly recommended.

I had a great experience at Firestone. I purchased an alignment service, and René, the manager, took care of me. He was extremely helpful, professional, and made sure everything was handled the right way. I’m very happy with both the customer service and the service performed on my vehicle. I really appreciate the care and attention I received, and I would definitely recommend this location to others.

I had an amazing experience with Dylan Reyes at Firestone. I showed up just minutes before closing after getting a flat tire about 45–60 minutes away from home and explained that I needed to get back safely. Dylan didn’t hesitate—he immediately took a look at my tire and got it patched up so I could make it home without worry. He was kind, professional, and genuinely helpful when I really needed it most. On top of that, the service cost me nothing, which was incredibly generous and unexpected. Huge thank you to Dylan for going above and beyond. Truly outstanding customer service and a great example of someone who cares about people, not just the job.
